Cancellation Policy for Programs at Living By His Grace Ministries

We understand that life happens, and sometimes you may need to cancel your participation in one of our programs. To ensure fairness to all participants and to allow for proper planning, we have established the following cancellation policy.

General Cancellation

  1. More than 30 Days Prior to Program Start Date: Full refund minus a $25 administrative fee.

  2. 15-30 Days Prior to Program Start Date: 50% refund minus a $25 administrative fee.

  3. Less than 15 Days Prior to Program Start Date: No refund will be provided.

Special Events and Workshops

For special events a different cancellation policy may apply. Please refer to the specific event details for more information.

Medical or Emergency Cancellations

If you need to cancel due to a medical emergency or unforeseen circumstances, please contact us as soon as possible. Documentation may be required for verification. In such cases, we will consider providing a full or partial refund or credit towards a future program.

Program Cancellation by Living By His Grace Ministries

We reserve the right to cancel any program due to insufficient enrollment or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, participants will be notified as soon as possible and will receive a full refund, or a partial refund if classes were given.


Transfer Policy

You may transfer your enrollment to another program or another participant up to 15 days before the program start date, subject to availability and approval. A $15 transfer fee will apply.

Refund Processing

Refunds will be processed within 10 business days, or as soon as possible, and will be issued to the original payment method.

Changes to This Policy

Living By His Grace Ministries reserves the right to update or modify this cancellation policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and will be effective immediately upon posting.
